Add comment values to a table

Hi - we’d like to be able to extract comment data (comment, user, time, level) and put it all in a table (such that one column is the table reference, one is the comment, one is the user, one is the creation time). Does anyone have an idea of how that could be possible?

Generally, we’d like to be able to extract comment data into a secondary, structured place.
