This bug appeared during the 3 weeks I was away on summer holidays. I have notified support and this bug is confirmed. The lack of communicated urgency was shocking, and I find Coda support to have considerably deteriorated since acquisition.
This bug prevents changes to any sync tables settings! This is a serious and urgent production issue!

Go to any sync table. Click on settings. Nothing happens. Console reports an error.
