Attempted to make a modification that is too large

I am creating a new topic for this because previous topics didn’t address. I am getting this when O update a cross-doc table. I didn’t get this before I cleaned up my docs to reduce sizes, etc. On another post it said something about row size but I don’t think that applies here since just updating a CRM with basic contact info. The contact table has about 5,000 contacts now so I am not sure if this could be the cause?

Any suggestions or trouble shooting ideas appreciated. Maybe separate one button into two?

I’ve had this once when there was a bug in one of my action formula where the action became recursive

I went over line by line and it was similar. I had moved some documents during the clean up and when I copy pasted some formulas to reconnect it pulled the wrong fields with same name. I went back and made user every field name was unique and solved. it.
