I want it to be simple, automated, and easy to visualize, but I’m running into questions about structuring the data efficiently—especially when the challenge updates every day and multiple users participate.
In a discussion about similar daily learning tools, someone suggested looking at examples of how tracking daily word challenges can be structured efficiently, which got me thinking about best practices in coda.
How would you recommend setting up tables, formulas, or automations so that daily entries are recorded, progress is tracked automatically, and dashboards stay clean without becoming overly complex? Any tips or patterns that have worked well for you?
