Best Practices for an operations manual

We are migrating from Confluence which had formatting and embedded links so that it was easy to update and quick to see the relationship between processes.

Currently we have the following inventory of documents

  • HOWTO/451
  • NOTIFICATION/337
  • CONTROL/6
  • TEMPLATE/50
  • ASSET/35
  • VIDEO/5
  • DOCUMENT/9
  • SCRIPTS/3

How should we structure our CODA?

  • Separate individual docs
  • One primary docs with a sub pages
  • Separate docs by major process with sub documents with sub pages
