I have a form where a partner is providing lead opportunities - this comes in as “Client X” and “Client Y” - what i’m trying todo is to match this input field to my CRM system where it should be 80-90% match of the client name - But it could be “Client of & great X” or other abbreviations.
If contains, regex isn’t working - can i not use the OpenAI - and call from that? It feels like such a basic ability to match and find in workflows rather than having to rely on manual input all the time…the CRM has about 9,000 records to look-up against so still what i think is manageable…
