Habits for Energy

What I love about Coda is how easy it makes it to do really impressive things.

I attended a hour lecture/ course from my coach on Friday afternoon on how to increase your energy levels. She has a number of action items, grouped into action groups like Brain Exercise, Nutrition and Hydration, etc.

It took me less than three hours to convert it into the doc below, allowing for the easy assembly of a daily list of items, which you can then use as a habit tracker. I also added a page where one can record the result of blood and other medical tests over time.

What I have in the back of my mind is to add some gamification features as well in the future. Both for forming habits, and reaching cholesterol, BP, weight and other targets.
