Is it possible to hide the online users within a document?

Currently when users are browsing any of the pages in my doc. Other users can see who is online and which pages the other users are reading.

Some pages contain more sensitive data that you might now want other people to know you’re reading. For example pages that describe processes for requesting pay raises or off-boarding processes.
