How can I use a button to append a relation to a row?

I currently have this setup, but whenever I press it, the value gets replaced rather than appended.

I have a question. To which project does a row from your “Systemer“ get added to? I am trying to understand why you need to append via a button rather than just adding this row when you’re pressing the button, by editing the relation manually.

Try sharing a dummy doc; it makes it easier to understand your data model and why you need to append this way.
