This question has one of those “It depends” answers. In this case it depends on how the “Tasks” column is set up. Depending on the setup, it can be done, or would be impossible.

From your screenshot it is not possible to determine, in fact it looks as if Tasks is not a column to start off with. Please click Share top right, and embed doc as shown below:

This will make it easier to help.

Thanks for your reply! Turns out that I simply had to change the object from Card view to Table view to be able to define my own status’
