I use Coda to keep projects from turning into chaos — lots of stages, lots of client rounds.
My setup is simple and works: a Projects table with statuses like In Progress, Review, Revision, and Approved. Each project links to a Tasks table and a small Revisions log where I drop client notes, version numbers, and approval dates. I use buttons to move things between stages and auto-update timestamps. Filtered views like “Waiting on Client” and “Revisions Pending” make it obvious what needs attention next.
I actually built this flow while doing Construction estimating work and kept tweaking it until it stopped breaking my brain.
How do you handle approvals in Coda? Do you keep revisions inside the project or in a separate tab
