How to build a table associating each row of a main table with several rows of another table

I want to link each row in the main table with all the rows in the secondary table. Specifically, I want each student in the main table to be linked to all the indicators I have in another table so that I can perform the evaluation of all the students.
How can I do this?

I have earlier prepared a Coda doc explaining several ways in which to join tables together. from your question, it sounds as if the example on page One to one or more join (and Opposite) comes closest. (Your scenario is slightly simpler - you don’t need to filter.)
