How to create a formula to calculate "yes" and "no" responses, and then turning it into a percentage

Hi There, I wanted to create a formula that can calculate if the response is either a “yes” or a “no” response but I can only seem to get it to do one or the other. Please see the attached image for a better illustration.

I have the formula down and it calculates the number of “No” responses but I am trying to have it calculate the “yes” responses as well. After that, I’d like to turn them into a percent. Can anyone help please?
