In general best to search the community and help, try a few things, then if you can’t find what you’re looking for or struggling to implement post 1 topic per post to make it easier for others to discover solutions. Hope some of this below helps.

Preview is too large - I would start a new post, include screenshots and/or the doc so community which will make it easier for others to understand what the problem is and what you’re trying to accomplish

Switching Views - You can’t switch a view, but there’s work arounds although not great, but maybe they help you out. Here’s one such post I answered just this week.
