How to extract URL expand page of the row?

Hello, I am new here and having fun with Coda doc to build asset tracking management app.

I have done so far everything except URL of the expanded layout of each ROW. I would like to extract this URL into URL column and turn it into QR Code for scanning purpose.

Is there any code I would extract exact EXPANDED LAYOUT OF ROW URL?
