How to move bullets in iOS app?

One of the most useful aspects of block-based editors is the ability to develop an outline by dragging bullets and sub-bullets to create a prioritised structure.

I can do this easily in the desktop/browser view but I can find no way to do this on my iPhone.

Is it possible to change the order of bullet points in the iOS app?
