Is there a way to create a button that visually expands all rows with subitems?

By “expand,” I mean what happens when you click the small triangle next to a row that has subitems, revealing all the nested rows underneath.
I’m not referring to the “Expand row” function that opens the row in a detailed view.

Basically, I’d like to know if there’s any way to trigger that visual expand (or collapse) action for all rows at once — ideally with a button or a formula.
Thanks!

tho i love subitems.. its unfortunately a bit of a cul-de-sac aka dead end. there’s no way to access it via button or formula :frowning:

sub items are eye candy, nice for very simple use cases, the more sustainable set up is with relations and distributing values over real rows instead via sub items. cheers, christiaan.
