A great feature we saw in other tools as it is really painful for people to always click on a plus to actually see the last comment. it would be great to have last comment as a field in a row and you can click on it to see the complete conversation… literally everyone I know would love to have that!

It is not exactly what you want but if you don’t want to have to open every comment you can expand the comment section like this:
