We’re kicking off the new year with a long-requested feature: Tabbed views.
Now you can bring your table, calendar, board, and timeline together in one place. No more jumping between pages or scrolling through your doc. Switch between views with just a click.

What you can do with Tabbed views
Tabbed views function like bookmarks for your data. Each tab can have its own filters, sorts, grouping, and display settings, so you can quickly switch to exactly the view you need.
For example, you might use tabs to:
-
Plan work on a timeline, then jump to a task table for execution
-
Review “my tasks this week,” then switch to “needs review” to unblock your team
-
Set up role-based views so each teammate sees what matters to them—designers see design tasks, engineers see development tasks, and your PM sees everything, all in one place
Same data. Different lenses. Zero friction.
Get started with Tabbed views
To add a tab, open any table and click the + button by the table title. Your new tab appears alongside your existing view, ready to customize. You can rename tabs, reorder them, and set different display types for each one.

Tabbed views are a new way to organize related views when it makes sense for your workflow. Your existing docs and views remain unchanged, and you can continue creating standalone views as you always have.

We’re excited to see how Tabbed views help you and your team stay organized. What will you use tabs for first?
