Basic repro is to create a table with a display column, a number column, and a button column. Button column should have the action of modifying thisRow so as to somehow change the display column (e.g. append the letter A) and the number column. Then create a second table, lookup the first table and have some rows from the first table selected in the lookup. Hovering over the looked-up row chips brings up the preview with the button. Clicking the button will change the value for the display column in the chip, but as the title of the card (the hyperlink text in blue), the display column and the number column both remains unchanged for the lifecycle of the preview.
