My challenge is to make a master scorecard that is updated weekly. The Same KPI’s are going to be used, the only thing I’ll need to update is the actual for the week. I’d like to have a master table then have the ability to filter other tables by dept. On top of that I’d like to be able to show trends for each KPI - preferably also showing a goal (though I could live without this if I had to). See my loom below if you are up for problem solving.
