Plan limitation blocking load testing for Coda Pack – Need guidance

Hi everyone :waving_hand:,

We’re currently developing a Coda Pack for SurveySparrow, and we’re almost done with the implementation.

Use case:
Importing SurveySparrow survey responses into a Coda table.

We’ve reached the load testing phase, where we’re importing around 10,000 survey responses into a Coda table. However, we’re running into a blocker:

  • Only 100 rows are visible

  • Remaining rows require a plan upgrade, which is preventing us from validating the full data sync

Since this is blocking our final testing before release, we wanted to check with the community:

  • Is there a recommended approach for testing large data imports while developing Packs?

  • Is it possible to get a temporary plan upgrade or a developer account that allows higher row visibility specifically for testing purposes?

Any guidance or pointers from folks who’ve faced a similar situation would be really helpful.

Thanks in advance!

My clients use Coda to manage large amounts of data.
But they would NEVER rely on a free account for such important work.

If you are using Coda for serious business purposes, then it seems extremely important to me that you should be paying for the appropriate level of license for that work.

You would not think of moving into production with this solution without doing a full set of functional and performance tests - so you should also not consider moving into production without upgrading to the correct product plan.

I consider Coda to be so useful for all aspects of business that the current pricing structure seems very generous indeed.
