Public recruiting page w/ form

Hi I have a doc that we’re using for recruiting: inventxyz.com/jobs/mentors

I’ve added a form so that the general public can apply for a job.

I have set the publish settings to Edit mode, but it still not letting people fill out the form (it says it is in Play mode).

How can I make it so that people can fill out the form?

I would like to avoid embedding the form iframe, as that is definitely uglier.

Can you just have a button that links to the externally available form?

That’s even less elegant than the iframe form.

I want it on the page so that people can quickly fill it out when they first read it.

If I add a bunch of friction steps, people may not fill it out
