Quickbook sync isn't working after adding pack

Hi,
I’ve added both Quickbooks packs to some of my docs, but both are saying that the sync isn’t working. Where is the best place to get help or troubleshooting advice?

Thanks for the pointer, I went back through and copied the companyId as directed and that has worked!
