Hi team,
So we have a requirement that allowing our customers to directly edit the coda report we’ve put together (via individual doc sharing), but since all the Coda docs for each of our clients are in our enterprise workspace(separated by folders), client A is able to @ reference (or see the suggested list) client B in client A’s coda doc, this is not idea (leaking information from other clients), is there a way to prevent that?
hi @derek_lin ,
all users are by default visible in any doc part of that workspace, so i am afraid there is nothing you can do, other than give them view access or move your clients to dedicated workspaces.
both are not ideal but since the enterprise plan appears not to have a filter on which users to reference in which doc, i am afraid this are the only options.
cheers, christiaan

Thanks for the reply, I wonder can our enterprise plan apply to multiple workspaces?

hi @derek_lin , I don’t think so , but the final answer is in the hands of Coda and thus i’d like you to reach out to the support team support@coda.io and ask them all about while referening your workspace (id).
would you be so kind to keep us posted on the matter?
Cheers, Christiaan
