I had these sliders that took full width on Expand Row view. But now they’re way narrower, making it dificult to control the small increments.

The column “Numero de Emendas” to the right is blocking the size of the slider. If you edit the layout, and put the slider in its own line, it will be wide again.

Not actually, ESFORÇO (EM MINUTOS) is the only control in its row. See the Edit Layout view in the attached image.
It was full width some days ago on multiple docs, and all of a sudden all of them became narrow, what makes me believe that something has changed on coda front-end and that caused this problem.

If you want a wider slider, click on the area where you see the number (in your sample “85”). This will make the slider temporarily wider so you it is easier to pick the number you want. When you are done and go to the next field, the slider shows at it’s smaller size again.
This might not exactly be the way you want it, but it is the only way I see to make it wider and easier to use.
