I am trying to use GitHub Actions to trigger a resync in CODA. It says it executed the trigger 100%, but the automation I set up does not allow for resync via automation (i kind of knew that tbh). Is there a work around to refresh a pack table (syncing with google sheets using a free community pack)?

Nope. Pack tables can only be refreshed manually by a human (with a button action, normal table refresh button)
or via codas prescribed automated intervals of hourly or daily
