Because since in China, you can’t open google and youTube unless you have a VPN but some people(including me) just can’t install VPN, so is there another way to watch videos that are not youTube in code like in these learn doc and others?

On https://www.crowdcast.io/ you will find much of the educational series by Maria and guest.
When you register, you get access and then you can find the content by searching for Coda.

I am using the Ivacy mac vpn to solve this issue on my Mac system i think it will also works for you.
