Formula incomplete - Expecting a close parenthesis

Can someone explain this error please?

I have seen this in other contexts but this is the most straightforward. I am using the RSS pack and trying to add a feed. It says I am missing a close parenthesis but the formula clearly includes one open parenthesis and one close parenthesis.

I must be missing something very basic.

you need to put the URL in quotes
