Currently packs are still in beta and can’t be publicly listed, but you can share them with individual people. You hit Share from the packs builder page, and grant Install permissions to individuals by email.
What are your thoughts on the alternative api Guilherme identified? It’s not IMDb but has some interesting image assets for coda’s layouts.
