Accidentally deleted document does not appear in Trash; no way to revive lost document?

I have a free tier account and I accidentally deleted a document that I was working on. This document was in a workspace owned by me.

Now the deleted document does not appear in the Trash folder so how do I revive the lost document?

This is weird :thinking: … To be honest, I think only the Coda Customer Support might be able to help you here. (you should be able to contact them using the big question mark (?) at the bottom right of your doc home).

Maybe @BenLee might have some other ideas/info too :wink:.
