Button Formula to Collapse/Expand All Groups

Hello. Is there anything (e.g., button, toggle switch, etc.) that I can create in a doc header that will collapse and expand all groups in a doc? I found this post from 2019, but I was wondering if I missed this feature in a release.

Currently, the only method I found was to right-click the expand arrow which gives the two options:

This seems like a simple command to create, but maybe it isn’t. Thanks.
