Button Press missing thisRow functionality

For some reason it is not giving me the option to apply to thisRow only. Could this be a Bug? Or am I doing something wrong?
I tried to use a custom filter and used the thisRow function but it still applies the action to all rows of the table.
Any suggestions?

Found the problem, it has to be on the master table to be able to activate the apply to ThisRow, if i select a view from a table it turns off the option to apply to this row
