It would be great if a Calendar view inside Coda was able to be subscribed to in my typical calendar applications, which would entail Coda calendar views providing a .ics subscription URL that keeps up to date with the contents of the view.
Yes, this would be golden!
I use Coda as a productivity tool and have a Daily Overview page. There I want to display my calendar for the day, which I currently do by importing my company Outlook calendar into Google Calendar and then pull that into Coda via the Google Calendar pack. However, Google only pulls from ical like twice a day, so updates in my outlook calendar take hours if not the entire day to show up in Coda. Even though the .ics subscription is immediatly updated.
Cutting out Google as a middlemen for calendar subscriptions would be amazing.
I’d like to bump this too. An iCal feed for calendar views would be huge. It could be similar in the way it works to the existing form views (publish, customize which fields are visible, etc.).
Hi Matthew,
There is a pack for that:
iCalendar
Export events in iCal format to easily add them to your favorite calendar apps.

Hi @Piet_Strydom. Thanks for the quick response! I don’t think that the iCalendar Pack does this. The iCalendar Pack provides a downloadable file that is a one-time snapshot of a calendar table. It doesn’t provide a refreshable feed of the current state of the calendar on Coda. The latter would be useful to:
- import into apps like Fantastical, Apple Calendar, Outlook, etc.
- provide iCal feeds that could be shared with others (similar to what Google Calendar allows)
I don’t believe there’s a way to do this with the iCalendar Pack @Eric_Koleda made. It would be really helpful for Coda to add this functionality.
