I’ve set up a couple simple templates for my team to use for meeting notes, but they aren’t showing up in the list of available templates to add to my doc. I’ve verified that the settings are configured to allow use when creating a new doc or adding to existing. And that the permissions are set for the entire workspace. What am I missing?
Hey Christa! Your settings do look correct here 
Just to confirm, have you tried adding them to your doc via the slash command?
For example, if you type /Sprint Kickoff Template into the canvas, does it pull up any options? You can also try typing /template which should bring up a list of all available templates in the workspace.
Let us know if they don’t show up with either method and we’ll see if we can get to the bottom of this
