Hello! I’ve run into this issue a few times and can’t seem to figure out the reason for it. Sometimes, I’m able to choose any of the options for this question, and then sometimes the options for adding them to an existing doc are grayed out. Does anyone know why?
I have the same question. The help text when you hover on the question mark tells you to contact support (I’m curious - mine says to mention error TL00041 to them - is yours the same error code?).
Obviously I could have gone ahead and asked support but… busy 
The only thing I can guess is if you make a template in the Manage Templates panel, vs making an already existing Doc into a template? I’m not sure.
