After a few days of an issue with the ? support button in my documents, it was finally possible to use the support ? again. Since I have a pretty serious problem with no evident work around, I have been trying to get in touch.
I just made a dummy doc to share with support - and now the ? again does not allow for a new support call.
Of course it is great that things are continuously being improved, but if things might go down, please provide another way of reaching out.
