Contact support button not working

I tried to contact Coda support via the button on the lower-right corner of the website. However, when I click onto that botton the right sidebar disappears, but then nothing happens. I tried it with Edge and Chrome browsers, both with the same behaviour.

Am I missing something?

Hopefully it was just a temporary thing, I just tried and I was able to get through.
