Sometimes I don’t see and cannot access help chat in the help center. Today I saw it appear and then disappear. Need to enter a bug (have repro doc).
Anyone seen this before?
I have seen that happen a long time ago (over a year ago?), but not recently.

I can see it today, so yea it seems to be a periodic issue…
Seeing it again today. Just updating the thread here since I can’t report it as a bug 
Seeing it again today, which is a shame because I just spent a bunch of time creating a coda doc that repro’s a bug 
No one else is seeing this? I go to help center and on the bottom right the chat icon appears for a moment and then disappears, and I can’t get it to show.
I am not seeing this problem, but it is 2 days later now. I haven’t seen this recently at all though.

Is there an email address or URL that we can use to reach Coda Support in the case that the (?) button is not working or if I am away from my laptop?
