It is very frustrating and limiting in basic uses such as knowledge base to not be able just to select more freely text colors (or highlighting colors). I cannot stay consistent with our brand colors, nor with conditional formatting colors.
As was also already noted by users, it is also too difficult to perceive color differences on the small text color buttons. Solid color blocks would be really more appropriate, and maybe just provide 2 different buttons at the 1st level of text formatting options to choose between text color or highlighting text.
