Connecting to custom domain Salesforce

I’m trying to connect my coda doc to a custom domain Salesforce instance. It is a production instance, NOT sandbox.

My issue is that in the authorization window, I input my credentials, and the window logs me in, but doesn’t seem to pass the authorization back to coda. It’s forever waiting, and if I close the window (where I have full view and access to my logged-in account), the authorization/connection fails.

How can I get the authorization through to Coda?
