Apply for Holistics (coda.io)

I have been using the forms normally until now, they keep saying “This form could not be loaded. It may have been deleted” while the links and the docs are still active

Update: I can’t create any form from this doc, and this is quite urgent since it breaks our workflow as well

I think the bug is fixed, there was something wrong with the link permission
