Filtering from one table to match another

Hi, I want to be able to filter the blank column ‘RECIPE’ so that it outputs the recipe from table 2, according to the item selected in the ‘FOOD’ column.

For row 2, example 2 the FOOD selected is burger. how can i make it so that it automatically searches for a match of the word burger in table 2 and then outputs the matching recipe from that table into the blank box.

I have made the change for you - all that was needed was to add a formula to the ‘RECIPE’ column, equal to Food.recipe

Is that what you were hoping for?
