Flatten or Unpivot

Hi All,
Wondering if anyone has come up with a solution to unpivot or flatten a data table. For example, two sync tables containing attributes and an id (as in employee data). The tricky part is that the attributes would need to be matched up first (as in screenshot) to ultimately output a flattened table comparing the differences.
