Form to Slack Notification

So sorry if this is basic - I’ve tried looking at a few posts and helpdocs but couldn’t figure this out.

I’m trying to send a slack notification when a new form entry is made (a new row is made), and have the message contain information about the new entry.

I think I’m getting stuck with concatenate, as when I’ve created a formula with which to send through to Slack, it’s returning all of the entries and not just the new one. Sorry everyone, I’m sure this is super basic, but I can’t seem to figure it out.

Hey @Robert_Gelb! It’s a little hard to say without seeing your doc and the automation, but you’ll generally want to make sure you’re targeting [step 1 result] in your automation when you want to focus on the new situation that’s triggering the automation.
If you need more help, can you share your doc here and point us to the automation in question?
