I had a form go live, and about 100 people tried to sign in at once and it crashed. Does anyone know the limits to the Forms?

I’m curious how the doc crashed, would you be willing to open up a ticket with our support team and we could take a closer look?
One of the other things I wanted to ask you is if the doc was published on line or if you were having people login to then go into your doc. Let us know when you open up that support ticket and we’ll see what we can find for you.
