How do I auto fill a select box?

Dose anyone know how to autofill the next select box?

Example: If in the fist round of rock, paper, scissors I choose paper and enter it in the (your move) column, then I want the next row in the (last round) column to equal (your move) from the previous row.

The problem I’m having is figuring out how to take the data from the Previous row, and enter it into the current row.

Any tips?
