How to change position of selection arrow

I don’t know why, but half the items to select have their UX right justified (red arrows), and half at the end of the selection (blue arrows)

I cannot find out either HOW I managed to do this, or how to change it. However, I did just notice that changing from the right hand column to the left changed the position of the little UX triangle. So perhaps its a coding mistake?

I had another go at trying to understand whats going on. I’m beginning to assume that its a small bug in the underlying code of “layout 3”. Can anyone else confirm - in which case I’ll repost this in bugs?
