Mobile Notifications don't work (Android)

It seems that the Mobile notifications switch auto-disable itself right after receiving a notification.

1- I have an automation in place for every hour to send a notification
2- I open the android app and I navigate to the notifications, and there it is.
2.1- But I did’t see the notification on my device. I had to open the app and go to the Notifications
2.2- I can see “Mobile Notifications” switch is disabled, so I enabled.
3- I navigate to the notification and I make sure that I also have enabled the “Mobile Notifications” for “All” and “This Doc”
4- I wait for the next notification to arrive, but it never comes. Then I open the app and the notification is there in the notifications menu, and again, the “Mobile Notifications” switch is disabled.

I also find that it is not very intuitive when you have to enable the switch in 3 different places.

Thanks for hanging in there!

I have the same issue (Android), notifications don’t show on the phone.

Same issue here on Android.
Tried to reinstall and check settings multiple times. On iPad, it’s working.
