Push button with a keystroke shortcut?

Is there any way to push a button using a keystroke shortcut instead of clicking with the mouse?

you can navigate among the ‘cells’ of a table (up, down, left. right arrows) and the current cell is outlined in a blue rectangle. when you navigate like this to a cell containing a button, press SPACE to activate the button
